- Participants or their sponsors who do not stay at the congress hotel during the congress scientific activities and do not receive accommodation services from the congress agency will be charged separately for the external participant fee requested by the hotel. The congress external participant fee is 55 EUR + VAT per day.
- Please contact the Congress Secretariat regarding double room and companion fees.
